Oh yes, definitely! I've been reading more and more character-oriented books and it gets really frustrating if I cannot seem to be able to connect with the reader. But then I do know that it isn't possible to connect with all of them so if the story is stimulating and interesting enough, I know I'll like the book to some extent. I haven't been able to DNF a book as yet because I have this need to finish reading books. So yeah.

I didn't even get into talking about her dad, LOL. He could have had his own paragraph, but I was SO LONG.

I really wanted to like Grana and wish I would have had more interactions to decide I actually DID like her. But oh well.

Great review! I like how you were concise and to the point. I was...not. My review is as short as I could get it, haha.

I haven't read Losing It, but this book sounds a lot better to me. I love a book that can shock me. Great review :)

I do think you enjoyed this book more than I did, but yes, I loved the ending. So much! To me, it was the thing that made me believe this book - as much as you can really "believe" fiction ha. The whole Ellie-father thing though. Eh. Not a fan.

I haven't! I want to wait because from what I hear, a novella from Garrick's POV is coming!!! http://www.goodreads.com/bo... i love him too! But Losing It to me was okay, nothing WONDERFUL except the characters, this was so much more!! I hope you read it ASAP!

I would love to do more personal posts - I've written blogs before this one that focused just on my real life - but somehow, I haven't figured out how to do that yet. Or how I want to do that yet. I really do love them, because I love to get to know people better. But the thing is that I like the focus on books, at least right now since I haven't been blogging for that long. And if I ever feel the need to write a personal post, I will do it. Because it's MY blog. This comment is incoherent and ranty. Whatever. <3
